Digital Developer, Psychologist, Language Enthusiast

Skilled in both psychology and digital learning, I blend cognitive principles to design experiences that deeply connect with learners.

My journey to fluency in Spanish, English, German, and Italian instilled in me a profound appreciation for the learning process, and I have made it my mission to facilitate and support learning processes in others.

With over a decade of experience in adult education my career journey has been diverse, spanning roles from academic coordination to learning experience development and vocational training. This has built a solid background for my journey as a Digital Learning Developer.

My Approach

I develop impactful learning solutions by meticulously analysing the target audience and their objectives to design a comprehensive learning framework. This analysis is then translated into clear, concise, and engaging storyboards that act as a roadmap for the entire journey.

I leverage industry-leading tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, PowerPoint, or browser-based platforms and blend captivating text and media, gamification, and storytelling elements to develop eLearning modules, learning nuggets, videos, etc.

The outcome: impactful and memorable learning experiences.

Reasons to study in Germany

This is a short video created with Canva and AI Tools. It provides a combination of real images and a minimalistic explanatory video format in which special attention is placed to the relevance and quality of media used, timing of both voice and images, and organization of keypoints to convey a clear and motivating message. 

Spanisch für Touristen

This is the first chapter of a learning resource crafted using Articulate Storyline, AI generated voices and Vyond. A diverse range of media was strategically incorporated to evoke the sensation of genuine travel in the learners. I also integrated storytelling and various forms of interactions such as Flip cards, Tool Tips, Tab interactions and quizzes to engage learners.

Coping with Stress

This dynamic scenario-based learning module, crafted in Articulate Storyline, immerses learners in a realistic, high-pressure situation to explore effective stress management strategies. With a practical approach, users will acquire important information about stressors and resources for managing stress.

Entdecke Lateinamerika

This is a game-based resource developed in Genially as an Edubreakout game. The primary objective is to acquaint learners with LATAM in a creative and enjoyable manner, combining gamification and storytelling elements with learning content. Interactions and riddles are strategically embedded to ensure an intriguing and challenging experience.

Systemische Fragen

This is a scenario-based learning module crafted using Genially. It was designed for counselors and psychologists keen on gaining insights into systemic questions. The focus was on designing suitable decision-making options using plain language and storytelling. These components enable readers to understand the texts effortlessly.

Hautschutz Challenge

This engaging e-learning game takes a gamification approach to the skin protection and hand hygiene plan in the nursing and elderly care sectors. Developed in Articulate Storyline, this interactive experience incorporates elements like points and timed challenges to create an entertaining yet educational environment.

ADDIE Model

This Trello-based template provides an approach to follow the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), a widely used instructional design model. It serves as a valuable tool, combining the model’s systematic approach with the platform’s user-friendly features. The template facilitates easy movement between boards within Trello, ensuring a structured process to create learning solutions.

Projektanalyse

This is a comprehensive project analysis for creating a digital learning solution. It covers learner analysis, project data, task analysis, learning environment, and teaching methods. The focus is on the speaking skills of the different levels of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The project also discusses the diverse roles involved in the different phases of the development process.

Feinkonzept

This presentation “The power of words” provides a fine concept for a flipped classroom session about systemic questioning techniques within the context of counseling. The content covers an introduction to the topic, the objectives and target group of the learning session, and a detailed description of the activities in the asynchronous and synchronous phase.
